This VIP Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your purchase and use of QinkTV VIP membership services ("VIP Membership"). By subscribing to VIP Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the QinkTV Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
VIP Membership may provide access to premium features, which may include but are not limited to:
VIP benefits and features may vary by region and subscription plan and may change from time to time.
VIP Membership is offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal details will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your VIP Membership will automatically renew.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. QinkTV does not directly process refunds.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VIP Membership features or pricing at any time, subject to applicable laws and Apple policies. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required.
We may suspend or terminate your VIP Membership if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws. Upon termination, unused benefits will not be refunded unless required by law or Apple policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QinkTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VIP Membership.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of VIP Membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
